it and it hasn't missed a beat. I'm pretty sure I got it for less than $30. But, I mainly just use it to torque the lug nuts on my wheels. So it depends on what you plan on torquing. I've seen master mechanics that do everything by "feel" but for the rest of us it prob pays to use a TR. When you store your torque wrench, dial it down to zero.
